We offer nationwide shipping and pack every order with great care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn for a clean, even flame.

On your first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges to prevent tunnelling.

Keep your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and little hands.

Stop burning when about 1 cm of wax remains to protect the vessel and surfaces.
