We’re not a global name or a luxury empire, just a small Adelaide home where candles are still poured by hand, one by one, with sincerity. Every scent we create carries a piece of our journey, our hope, and our heart. And while we’re now sharing our candles Australia-wide, we remain exactly who you first welcomed into your homes, your local makers, crafting warmth with love.

Five years ago, our candle designer was working full-time as a construction manager here in Adelaide. Candle making started as a quiet side passion, a way to slow down, breathe, and create something gentle in a busy world. What began as a hobby on the kitchen bench slowly grew into something more meaningful, one candle at a time.

We never imagined that people across Adelaide would welcome our creations into their homes. Your messages, photos, and stories have carried us through every long night pouring wax, every market day, and every moment we wondered if this little dream had a place in the world. You made a small, home-grown passion feel like it belonged.

Ivory Ètoile is a name we’ve held close for years, but we’ve never rushed to brand our products. We still pour every candle the way we did on the very first day, by hand, with care, in our family home. Nothing fancy. Nothing overdone. Just honest craft and a love for the warmth a candle can bring.

Now, for the first time, we’re sharing our candles Australia-wide. We know we’re not Jo Malone or any other international name, and we don’t try to be. What we offer is something different: every material is sourced within Australia, every candle is made here, and every scent is crafted with the kind of personal attention a big brand simply can’t replicate.
