All Ivory Ètoile candles are made by hand in small batches.Because of this, slight variations in colour, scent strength, texture, or appearance are normal and do not indicate a fault. Each candle is unique, and by purchasing from us you acknowledge and appreciate this individuality.

We provide care instructions with every candle to ensure safe burning.By purchasing our products, you agree to:Follow all safety instructions provided.Never leave a burning candle unattended.Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts.Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.Ivory Ètoile is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Our candles use fragrances sourced within Australia, and while we aim for quality and safety, individual sensitivities may vary.By purchasing, you accept that:Scent reactions vary from person to person.Ivory Ètoile is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrance or ingredients.Full ingredient information is available upon request.

As a small business, we aim to package and post all orders with great care.Processing times are typically 1-2 business days, but may vary based on order volume or seasonal periods. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and location.Ivory Ètoile is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or factors outside our control.If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products: We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If a candle arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund it. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We always try to resolve issues with kindness and fairness.

As a home-based brand, our stock is limited and may change without notice. Prices may also be updated periodically. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

All product names, descriptions, photos, and branding under Ivory Ètoile remain our property. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law: Ivory Ètoile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are a small business and kindly ask for understanding.
